Atasehir Mimar Sinan Mosque reunites Ottoman style with today's construction technology by connecting tradition and future and integrating the tradition and technology in Ottoman-Turkish style, which forms the pinnacle of the religious architecture of Islamic civilisation, without any repetation. The mosque expresses unity in space with its hexagonal plan having six halfdomes around the central dome and six piers which was not fully worked in the classical architecture. Thus we tried to add a new original link to our culture's tradition chain.
