Die Welt, 12.08.03 - About the Berlin Sehitlik Mosque and Cultural Center
According to Die Welt, one of the most beautiful, the largest mosque will be opened in October. The area which is in Neuköllner Columbiadamm is given for Ottoman ambassadors where they could be buried by Prussia in 1866. The mosque, which will be a focal point for muslims in Berlin can host 700 people. There is a special service for German speakers for their visit.
