Berlin Sehitlik Mosque and Cultural Center

The mosque is built on Berlin's Columbiadamm Street in the Turkish Martyr's Cemetery which includes a monument erected in Sultan Abdulaziz era.

The mosque is designed with a central plan, 8 piers and 8 half domes and its base is raised. The last prayer area is covered with eaves. It has two minarets with one balcony. Besides the mosque, the complex has a Cultural Center which incorporates different functions in the style of Classical Turkish Civic Architecture. While the main prayer area is for 850 people, with the mezzanine floor and downstairs 3000 people can pray at the same time.
